About Our Program
Our internship is paid, and we are willing to work with college departments to ensure that the intern can receive credit. We prefer to work with interns who can dedicate much of the week (30 hours) to being part of our team. We typically hire based on college semester schedules (fall, spring, summer). We also accept recent college graduates into our program.
Our production internship is very hands-on and morphs according to what is happening with the company at that time. For example, if we have a lot of live productions happening, the intern will be helping more with live production shoots, or if we are in a season with heavy post projects, the internship may have a greater post focus.
Internship Expectations
- Learn the ins and outs of what goes into being a successful production company.
- Meet different managers and employees to learn about their day-to-day processes and work routines.
- Directly work with staff on projects for live production and post-production.
- Learn how projects come through the company by participating in the bid process, all the way through post.
- Help with the creation of creative decks for bids and awarded projects.
- Assist in marketing and administrative efforts.
- Be allowed unique, individualized projects to further enrich the intern’s specific goals and interests.
- Work on set (when possible) when we have local film productions.
